What is the Standard Fitness Challenge?

The Standard Fitness Challenge is a 5k for your whole body.

Look at any 5k race across the globe and you will see people of all fitness abilities and backgrounds. Why is that? Because the distance is not overwhelming, it doesn't require any special equipment or training, and each person is allowed to go at their own pace. We took those three concepts and created an event that challenges not only your running ability, but your whole body. The Standard Fitness Challenge takes 30 minutes to complete and consists of 10 body-weight exercises that test your strength, endurance, speed and power.  

We specifically designed this event to be accessible to all fitness levels.
