We will be using the scores from every athlete who participates in the Standard Fitness Challenge to determine three different levels of fitness standards. Those who's scores fall into the top 50% of all participants will reach the White Standard. Those who's scores fall into the top 25% will reach the Black Standard. Those who's scores fall in to the top 10% will reach the Red Standard. 

The Standard Fitness Challenge will go from city to city and scores from each event will be used to update the Standards. That means you will have to check back after each event to see where your score stands. You may either be pushed up another level or you pushed down, depending on how well the cities do after you.
